•Suitable for all physical fitness levels
•The child must be 4 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
•Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
•During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
•The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
•For the 2-hour ATV tour, please bring dry clothes to change into after swimming at the waterfall.
•ATV damages are not covered under personal injury insurance.
•A maximum of 24 participants can join the ATV tour per session.
•The details of tour trips are subject to change without prior notice depending on the situation.
•On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
•Please note that swimming may not be possible during the dry season (March–May) due to low or no water levels.
•Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
