We may contact you regarding additional charges if the pick-up location is outside our service area. Please provide your contact phone number or WhatsApp account when confirming the booking. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details in advance. And we will arrange the driver one day in advance. We provide 7*24 customer service, Please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. For waiting time exceeding 30 minutes (for airport departure), a fee of 15 USD per hour will be charged For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes (for airport arrivals), a fee of 15 USD per hour will be charged Maximum one piece of luggage per person.
