•Please note that the National Park fee (THB 300 per person), entrance fee Twin Pagodas (THB 100 per person) and lunch are not included and must be paid in cash on the day of the tour.
•The Royal Twin Pagodas are a religious site, so dress respectfully. Avoid wearing flip-flops, revealing tops and cover your shoulders and knees.
•Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
•Our tours operate rain or shine. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.
•During the winter months (November to February), it can be chilly on Doi Inthanon, so we recommend wearing long pants and a sweater or jacket.
•While changes to the itinerary are very rare, the tour operator reserves the right to modify the published schedule whenever, in our judgment, circumstances require it or if we consider it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of our guests.
•Participants should be aware that pickups will begin up to 45 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.

We only pick up from hotels and accommodations located within the Old City of Chiang Mai or directly next to the Old City walls. If your hotel or accommodation is outside this area, you are required to meet the group in front of the Burger King at Thapae Gate (the eastern gate of the Old City) in Chiang Mai. IMPORTANT: The exact meeting/departure time will be informed in a private message via the booking platform the day before before the tour. Participants should be aware that pickups will begin up to 45 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. Please carefully check your messages/email (including junk mail folder) the day before the tour.
