• •From May to October it is the rainy season. The tour runs even on rainy days, so please bring an umbrella or raincoat.
• •If the pickup time is between 7:00 and 7:30, the van could arrive anytime between 7:00 and 7:30, but it does not mean that the van will wait for 30 minutes. Pickup times cannot be predicted in advance, so you should wait in the lobby from 7:00. As this is a join-in tour that van visits several accommodations, please understand the pickup may be slightly delayed later than 7:30 if there are delays at other locations, or due to traffic conditions..
• •Option 1 and Option 2 sometimes might use the same van. Please be informed guests without Longneck village are scheduled to wait until visiting Longneck village finishes in this case.
