•On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
•The rider shall wear long pants.
•The rider's weight must be under 100 kg (220.46 lbs). Nonrefundable for overweight riders.
•Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted.
•Infant (under 2 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 100 kg (220.46 lbs)).
•Uncontrolled riding is NOT permitted.
•We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots.
