Hotel pickup is available from selected areas in Krabi. The exact pickup time will be shared one day before the tour via WhatsApp and/or email, depending on your hotel location. Please be ready and waiting at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes only. If you are not present at the pickup point on time, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
