Please be ready and waiting at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes only. If you are not present at the pickup point on time, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided. Pickup timing guideline: Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Tubkaek Beach: around 13:00 Ao Nang, Ao Nam Mao: around 13:30–14:00 If your hotel is outside the pickup zone, we will inform you about any additional pickup charges via WhatsApp/email, or you may choose to come directly to the meeting point at the provided time.
