- •The activity started in the early morning. (someday can not fly depend on the weather)
- •Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
- •This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- •In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the tour.
- •On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

If the client booking only 1 person, the guest must pay an extra fee for a private car to pick up at your hotel in Chiangmai or a waiting list to join with other passengers for our free transport by van. Note: For the private car fee can not refund in case bad weather can not fly • Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
