What to Bring

• •Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• •Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• •It is your responsibility to check your email for your scheduled pickup time. We recommend contacting us via email or WhatsApp to confirm.
• •Maya Bay in Thailand has reopened to visitors after a temporary closure. While swimming is not allowed within the bay to protect the reef, you can still enjoy the island's beauty. Please note that the island may close again from August to September to allow for natural recovery. We urge all visitors to respect these measures and help preserve the delicate ecosystem of Maya Bay.
• •We recommend that you bring along items you would normally bring to the beach, such as sun-tan lotion, hats, sunglasses, beach towels waterproof bags or plastic bag, and a change of clothes if needed. While our boat does have a toilet, it may be cramped if you need to change clothes inside. Therefore, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothing to make it easier to change. We would like to inform you that the motion experienced on our speedboat tour may be intense and could potentially cause motion sickness to some passengers. To alleviate this, we have made seasick pills available for free at our marina office upon check-in. It is important to note that while the pills can help, they may not be suitable for everyone and it is recommended that you consult with your doctor prior to taking them if you have any medical concerns. Our priority is the comfort and safety of all our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
• •We do provide our guests with complementary soft drinks and water, as well as fresh fruits, during their visit to Khai Island. However, please be aware that additional services, such as beach chair rental and the purchase of alcoholic drinks, may be offered and charged by the local vendors.
• •Unfortunately, due to our tight tour schedules, our adventures aren't ideal for cruise ship guests. We sincerely apologize for this limitation and any inconvenience it may cause. We encourage you to explore other options for experiencing the area during your cruise stop. We wish you a wonderful time on your journey!
• •High-slope/mountain location. Vehicles might have trouble, meet driver down to the road for pick-up
• •Pa Klok and Mai Khao is not within our coverage area. Private transfers available
• •If you haven't booked your hotel yet, please let us know the name at least 24 hours before your tour begins. This will ensure we can arrange your transportation efficiently. Please note that late notifications may impact our ability to provide transportation services.
• •For your comfort and convenience, and to ensure a smooth pickup for all passengers, please avoid bringing large luggage on the shared minibus. Space is limited, and we want to make sure everyone has a comfortable ride. Thank you for your understanding!
• •While we can't guarantee a monkey sighting since they're wild creatures, we'll do our best to get you close while prioritizing your safety. We do not reccomend any monkey interactions, as they can sometimes bite unexpectedly.
• •Due to scheduling constraints, our tours are unsuitable for cruise ship passengers. Should you decide to participate, you are responsible for arriving at and returning from our meeting point on time. We cannot accept liability for any consequences arising from missed tours or delays related to your cruise itinerary.
• •Fuel & Emergency Policy: All bookings are based on national fuel rates as of March 17, 2026 (Diesel: 29.94 THB/litre | Gasohol 95: 31.05 THB/litre). Due to the ongoing Strait of Hormuz blockade and the resulting national energy crisis, a mandatory Emergency Fuel Surcharge will be implemented if domestic fuel prices at the pump exceed these base rates by 10% or more on the date of travel. This surcharge is calculated based on speedboat fuel consumption and is payable in cash prior to check-in at the pier. Because these tours are high-speed operations with fixed fuel requirements, no lower-cost boat alternatives are available. In the event of a fuel price spike, customers will be notified of the surcharge amount as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Email. Customers may choose to pay the additional surcharge to maintain their booking or receive a 100% refund of their deposit. Sudden global supply disruptions and government-mandated fuel hikes are considered Force Majeure events; no liability is accepted for cancellations or itinerary changes resulting from these external economic shocks.
• •Due to the potential for discomfort on our bumpy ride, we have age restrictions for passengers under 1 and over 70.
• •Travelers with heart problems, lung diseases, mobility issue, back, spinal problem or other serious medical conditions are not permitted.
• •We have the rights to reject customer due to medical conditions or pregnant travelers without refunds
• •Due to insurance limitations, accident insurance does not apply to serious medical conditions, pregnant travelers, or individuals under the age of 1 or over the age of 70.
