- •The tour program is subject to flexibility due to weather and sea conditions. If we are unable to visit any of the tour itinerary points due to safety risks from weather or sea conditions, no partial refund will be provided.
- •Maya Bay is closed annual from August 1 until October 1

We pickup and drop off from any Hotel/villa/apartments at Phuket. Please select your accommodation from the list provided. If it is not listed or not yet booked, please contact us via the Extranet chat and share the details at least 1 day before your trip. We will arrange your pickup and drop-off accordingly. Your tour pickup time will be sent by 5:00 PM the day before the tour. Please note: We do not provide pickup or drop-off from cruise ship terminals, bus terminals, or the airport. Transfer Information Phi Phi + Khai (with transfer) – Free round-trip hotel transfer from any hotel on Phuket Island. – Pickup is between 7:00–8:00 AM (depends of your hotel location and sent 1 day before the tour). – Drop-off is approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, depending on traffic and your hotel location. Phi Phi + Khai NO TRANSFER option – Please arrive at the pier and complete check-in before 8:50 AM. The boat departs between 8:50–9:30 AM.
