- •If it rains the tour takes place. The tour can be canceled if there are big waves and there is restrictions from marine police announced.

If your hotel is not listed or not yet booked, contact us via Extranet chat at least 1 day before the tour to arrange your pickup. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by 5:00 PM on the day before the tour. Please note: Pickup and drop-off are not available from cruise terminals, bus terminals, or Phuket Airport.
