• •All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
• •For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
• •For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
• •For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
• •Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
• •Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
• •Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
