- •Weight limits apply per activity (must meet minimum and maximum weight requirements)
- •Weight including safety equipment (+4 kg) must stay within the activity limit
- •If weight/requirements are not met, participation may be denied with no refund
- •Not recommended for guests with limited mobility or certain medical conditions
- •All guests must follow staff instructions and wear safety equipment at all times

Roundtrip hotel transfer is available within the Chiang Mai City pickup zone only (join/shared transfer). Please arrive at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your selected pickup time. Driver details will be shared before pickup. Pickup schedule (Chiang Mai City): First round pickup: 09:00 to 09:30 First round return: 13:00 to 13:30 Second round pickup: 11:00 to 11:30 Second round return: 15:00 to 15:30 Third round pickup: 13:00 to 13:30 Third round return: 16:30 to 17:00 Important notice: From 5 April to 30 June, the 11:00 AM pickup slot (second round) is not available. Please check the calendar for the latest available time slots. Transportation included packages require a minimum of 2 people. If fewer than 2 people, an additional surcharge of 300 THB per booking applies. For changes in participants or extra requirements, additional charges may apply. If applicable, an extra charge may be 700 THB per person. Outside service area: Customers must arrange their own transfer to Pong Yang Jungle Coaster and Zipline.
