Roundtrip hotel transfer is available within the Chiang Mai City pickup zone only (join/shared transfer). Please arrive at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your selected pickup time. Driver details will be shared before pickup. Pickup schedule (Chiang Mai City): First round pickup: 09:00 to 09:30 First round return: 13:00 to 13:30 Second round pickup: 11:00 to 11:30 Second round return: 15:00 to 15:30 Third round pickup: 13:00 to 13:30 Third round return: 16:30 to 17:00 Important notice: From 5 April to 30 June, the 11:00 AM pickup slot (second round) is not available. Please check the calendar for the latest available time slots. Transportation included packages require a minimum of 2 people. If fewer than 2 people, an additional surcharge of 300 THB per booking applies. For changes in participants or extra requirements, additional charges may apply.
