Our team will reconfirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or email one day prior to your show date. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time (between 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM). This is a shared transfer, so minor delays may occur depending on other guest pickups. If your hotel is outside the pickup area, we will suggest the nearest designated point. Missed pickups due to late arrival are non-refundable.
