- •ATV capacity is limited to 140 kilograms including rider and passenger.
- •On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- •Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
- •Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, or bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.

Get picked up from your hotel located near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time is between 9.00 a.m. - 10.30 a.m., 12.00 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. or 2.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please check your email for the confirmed pickup details. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
