• •The park currently operates primarily on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last entry typically allowed until 4:00 PM.
• •Wave Pool opens at 12:00 PM and the Extreme Slides open at 1:00 PM.
• •Proper swimwear is mandatory for all guests entering the water. Additionally, guests are required to walk through anti-bacteria ponds before entering pools.
• •Outside food and drinks, pets, and hazardous items are strictly forbidden. Smoking is only permitted in designated prepared zones.
• •The park uses a wristband system for internal purchases (food, drinks, rentals). Visitors must top up a minimum of 100 THB by cash or QR scan. A 50 THB deposit per wristband is required. Any unused balance can be refunded in cash at the counter.
• •Lockers, towels and VIP tents (Cabanas) are available for rent on-site. These usually require a cash payment and a refundable deposit (50 THB for lockers, 100 THB for towels, 100 THB for VIP tents or cabanas).
• •In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
