  • Bangkok’s traffic is notorious and often extremely congested. Since we start the tour with a short trip on the Chao Phraya Express Boat, we kindly ask participants to be on time at the meeting point.
  • The tour starts with a short boat ride on the Chao Phraya Express Boat to Wat Arun.
  • Our tour operates rain or shine. Therefore, cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.
  • Kindly be aware that this is not a food tour. At the end of the tour, we simply enjoy a basic street-food meal and dessert in Chinatown. Since the meal is at the end of the tour, we recommend you to eat something before start of the tour if you can't wait that long.
  • On Monday food-stalls are not allowed on the streets, so Chinatown is a less lively than other days of the week.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
  • Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.

Meeting and Pickup

The meeting point is Saphan Taksin BTS (sky-train) Station, EXIT number 2 (ground level; the exit close to the river). Our guide will be waiting at the meeting point.

🏁 End point

The tour ends on Yaowarat Road in Chinatown. From Yaowarat Road you can easily take a taxi or metro back to your hotel (not included).
