- •Participants should be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion or heights
- •This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or severe fear of heights
- •You must be able to walk short distances over uneven terrain and stand for periods
- •Loose items such as phones, cameras (unless securely tethered), wallets, and keys should be left at your hotels. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items

- •No selfie sticks or drones are allowed during the zipline activity for safety reasons

If you're staying on a hill, please make your way to a nearby hotel or a designated meeting point for pickup. Our pickup times are scheduled 30 minutes before departure time. Your exact pickup time will be sent to you via email, so please check your inbox for this detail. We kindly ask that you be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late, or if you are not present when we depart, your reservation may be considered a no-show.
