•This activity includes class II–IV rapids and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or certain medical conditions.
•The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather and local conditions. Times are approximate and may vary based on travel duration and traffic.
•Water levels may vary by season, especially during drier months (typically February to April), which can affect the pace and intensity of the rafting experience.
•In the rare event we need to cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.

Pickup starts 30 min before departure

Pickup is available from your hotel in Pai city area. An additional charge may apply for locations outside the standard service area. If your hotel is located outside the main pickup area, please arrange to meet at a designated meeting point. Pickup time is between 07:15 AM – 07:30 AM and the exact pickup time will be confirmed via email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has departed from your hotel.
